We addressed this earlier - the new cards will be available when the AD and waivers processes start. In a nutshell, in theory, if all owners put Dutch at the top of their list then he would go randomly to a team.

He IS NOT eligible to be drafted during our normal DD draft.

None of the new hitters' cards qualify so this is Dutch and maybe a couple other pitchers.

LOL - it gets hard with six pages to keep track of such details. I try to keep them all clear in my leagues, as I ply in some leagues where the whole process stays muddy throughout and that can be frustrating. Sorry for any confusion, but we did rule on this earlier, so the rule was established.

I heard several supporting going to 24 rounds but we are checking now on the logistics involved. No final decision yet. I sent a PM to Adrian (the DD creator) to see if he had any magic up his sleeve to change the existing draft to 24 rounds.

The original ruling actually was that they would be available for the AD or waivers so apparently we can list him on the autodraft card. Efforts are being made per the above to get him to drop and re-pick.

He would have went no worse than 8th in this draft but don't think he would have made it that far. The winner of the Dutch sweepstakes will be the odds on favorite to win the league.
