Dutch's card looks good, but I am not sure I would put this degree of impact on him....

If all feel that way I would say we disallow him altogether. thoughts?

If we are going to do a full draft now instead of 16 rounds then Leonard, Gregg, et al, can't be picked up until the Frenzy/Waivers or whatever we're doing.

Since Adrian got them in and Gregg probably wouldn't have been picked yet anyway, I'm fine with people drafting them.....just not Leonard as he would have gone earlier.....so my vote is we keep Dutch Leonard (1914) out of this league.

Hearing the opinions expressed here and via PM, Dutch Leonard (1914) is hereby henceforth and forever, banned from this league, for the remainder of our season. It is my judgment that letting him be placed randomly via the AD/Waivers process carries too much weight to be left to chance.[b:46f6681120] ALL OTHER NEW CARDS ARE OPEN TO BE PICKED ANY TIME GOING FORWARD, (just not Dutch)[/b:46f6681120][b:46f6681120]. I agree they would not have been selected yet anyway.

So here is what needs to happen:[/b:46f6681120]
1. I will stop the clock and suspend the draft until we can get Springer to drop him and repick (I am sure this was an innocent mistake). I sent a PM to Springer this morning and have yet to hear a response. I also asked if anyone knew how else to get ahold of him. I will also send an e-mail to his DD e-mail on file.

2. Please make no further selections until this change is made.

3. I will restart the draft when Springer takes this action

The draft expanding to 24 rounds is a separate issue. I have a message in to Adrian as to whether he can do this for us. At this juncture it doesn't matter anyway - draft as though we are going just 16 and if we can expand, great.

It IS our intent to go 24 rounds now. I got ahold of Adrian yesterday and he thought he could simply alter our draft to 24 rounds and was going to work on it last night, but still no change this morning so far that I can see. Worst case we will continue the draft here on this thread. Only 8 more rounds. I will be out this late afternoon and evening, but will check again before I leave.
