How about poaching a few stadiums form other sets? I especially would like to see Wrigley 86 added.

Fantasim---"These guys deserve better" Edition

[b:c20646e02a]1955 Al Kaline
1967 Roberto Clemente
1948 Bobby Doerr
1951 Bobby Thomson
1950 Bob Elliott
1934 Bob Johnson
1972 Nolan Ryan
1923 Harry Heilmann[/b:c20646e02a]

The 3 Hall of Famers at the top of the list need to be added in the next batch for sure

THe card isnt in Fantasim, but is [b:c20646e02a]HArmon Killebrew's [/b:c20646e02a]1967 card appreciably better than 61 or 69? Doubt it would be, but I wish he translated better to Strat.........

I'll suggest just one: [b:38190ae8f0]Luke Easter, 1950[/b:38190ae8f0].

He's not represented in the player catalog just like he wasn't seen in MLBB until the age of 33. 1950 was his first full season in the majors and was much more than a pleasant surprise to the Tribe faithful. He was a force.

Age and a couple of bad knees limited his appearances in subsequent seasons and in 1955 signed with AAA Buffalo. If he captured the heart of Cleveland during his brief tenure, he soon became the heart and soul of Buffalo sports. Good athletes who are even better people do that.

There are better players with longer careers than Luscious Luke Easter. But to this longtime Tribe fan there are few more deserving to play with the All Time Greats.

3 Great cards from 1975

Postby The Last Druid » Sun Dec 18, 2011 10:00 am

A real must: 1975 Skip Lockwood. A 4 inning super reliever. I went through the 1975 actual cards last night. Tom Seaver's '75 card is also his best, not ruined by the stupid 3 ballpark hr's against righties that his '71 card has. None at all against righties in 1975 who can't hit him a lick.

Also the 1975 Messersmith would be very nice to have.

Also Reggie Jackson is a 1 (-5) in 1975.

Replace the flawed Arky Vaughan card.

This guy shouldn't be better than Babe Ruth. But his new card is.

Once Strat gets past their annual January rush, we need to get his proper card from Strat, not the flawed fantasim card.
