While Frank and I did go to Hofstra, he started working after high school and didn't enroll there until he was 30.
I started right after high school and was 17.
I'm 6'1", he's 4'5" on a good day.
My knuckles are a few feet above the ground, while his drag on the ground.
We're about the same weight, but 230lbs looks different @ 6'1" than it does at 4'5".
He hangs out in the parking lot @ Chuck E. Cheese, while I spend the day @ work.
I get my haircut about every 4-6 weeks, while Frank's wife shaves his entire body down every Friday. If she doesn't, he's been mistaken for Bigfoot when they have camped out.
Hopefully, u can the the discrepancies between us.

Are players subsequently added to ATG6 eligble?

As we all know, Bernie is adding about 20 players a month to the ATG6 card set. Since this is a 3 season commitment, we can anticipate 40 or so new players added to the player pool for each season after the first season, meaning that there will be roughly 120 new players by the time season 4 begins. It is unlikely that the new cards will be evenly selected from all eras, as Bernie has stated that he has limited time due to his work on the new game platform and that he will poach new players from the '70s, '80s and '90s card sets.
2cityfan has always done a pretty good job determining player eligibility for each team so as to insure competitive balance. Obviously, any newly added players can upset such competitive balance.
Will all newly released cards be banned or will they be eligible to be used with their respective teams? If they are banned, will the "do not draft" list be updated prior to the start of each league?

Without knowing the new card drops I cannot say. Let's just take each card drop and decide if it impacts the league. If it does I will make a call.
Good question on how to assign teams in season 4 the playoof round. My thought is that if you manage a team to the playoffs, you can the right to keep them in the championship season. If you manage more than one team into the playoffs you can pick which team you want. The rest of the managers will get a chance to draft the remaining teams in order of their aggregate winning % across the 3 previous seasons (worst record gets the earliest available pick) ect..
We have more rules to hash out, I have a few invitation to other managers to close out this league..
