Since this comes up in just about 50% of live draft leagues (and did for league 2 which just drafted) - I thought I would mention that if you draft a player that belongs to someone else (it happens, hopefully unintentionally) then the right way to handle things is just to do a trade to the team whose player you took.

I usually try to avoid that by trying to proxy my bench players and you can do this on the draft site even after the draft has completed.

Worst case scenario, if you get a case where the person who stole your drafted player won't give him up, I can always engage TSN Bernie to pack the bags and put all players on their proper teams.

I had to do that once, we occasionally get a bad seed as a player in this tournament. :shock:
