How long do 70s leagues take?

Do these leagues ever fill? I am in TSN_22521 and at least one person has dropped out since I've joined. I am an ATG guy and this is my first foray into the 70s game. Of course the same thing happens in ATG the leagues are slow to fill (compared to a couple of years ago) and people drop out but the 70s seem particularly slow. Is it just me? I'm not knocking the 70s game, I'm just wondering how long I should expect for this league to fill. The whole site is a lot slower (including ATG) than it was 3 or 4 years ago. I'm looking forward to this format even though I will get my clock cleaned. It's so different from ATG.

[The Senators]

It can be slow. Last week though one of them had 3 teams in and filled up before the day ended. Other times it seems like there's no movement for days. It may be a little slower now because of the holidays.
