Floyd Youmans took a no hitter all the way to the bottom of the 9th with 2 outs before giving up the hit. He actually didn't even get the win as a run scored to tie the game 1-1 on a 2 out passed ball in the bottom of the 8th. Youmans pitched 10 innings and had the lead 3-1 heading into the bottom of the 11th so John Franco came in and promptly blew the save lol.
