Yeah ... not happening with Alonso. .330 average is too high and he will be WELL above the price structure listed as a "guideline."

98 PAs and he would have to be below 2.5 Million. And he will be more than 7M.

IMO,
I think guys like him need to be included.

Just give him a high price tag.

My 2 cents...

It's another example of the Karim Garcia syndrome, circa 2000 or 2001...

He might be included in the UNLEASHED set, all you have to do is get your league to use that set

Seems like a little debate is needed, but I doubt anything will come of it.

My stance is INCLUDE EVERY player. Just price them accordingly.

Caveat Emptor. Put Alonszo in the set. He can't hit LH's. He's got under 600 PA's and he's a defensive liability.

Put a $8 million price tag on him and see if he gets used. Sure he might skew the results, but are we keeping Hall of Fame records here?

And besides...if/when he goes down for 15 games, it'll really cost your team.

Good point. I wish he would be available but I understand why he can't be.

You are preaching to the choir as far as I'm concerned, but there are those among us who disagree and can't abide by a fluke card leading the stats.

YMMV
