Amended draft is definitely a GO. We have 4 managers for 6 players and 3 for 15 (which was not really among the choices, so I'm treating them as 6's). We will live draft here after we fill.

Draft: will be EIGHT rounds (7 players and a stadium). You pick your stadium during the draft at whatever point you decide you want to have it. Unique stadiums, first come, served (you draft it first, it's yours).

Also, honestiago, is it possible to proxy picks (if necessary to keep the draft moving) by PMing them to you as the commish?
