USING Dec.18 for the FA Draft and Dec. 19 for the Prospect draft (except in the case of pick 2, which used the 19 and 20 from AZ because they don't have a Sunday lottery). The rest of the order is determined by record and then by Pythagorean for tiebreakers.

Are those Prospect draft rankings just for the first round? Then the remaining two rounds are by won-loss record?

Yes, those are just for the 1st round, then it is by won-loss record. I left the actual draft positions next yo your name. But, in round 1 it goes in the order your names are in.
