BALANCE Divs, with draft captains ,an assign ballparks theme

Kinda simple idea. 4 teams under 500. 4 teams 500-1000. 4 teams 1000-2000. and 4 teams 2000 and over. the highest ranked [captains] pick a player to be in there division. so on and so forth. Then the lowest ranked captain pick thballpark of his or any division. next Cap picks an so on. This leaves 4 divisions each with the same ballpark.I propose 3 seasons with the top[playoff] players in each becoming the captains.Anyone interested. Note-all 4 divions most have a different ballpark. Just sayin this mite really be fun...Kenny :D
