They are ratings from a website- I'll pm you the site. WAR is wins above a "fringe" player that a player provides. It's sort of a comprehensive stat that gives you an estimate of a player's value. Note these ratings are [b:eeb47d5f8c]not[/b:eeb47d5f8c] based on SOM ratings so take them with a grain of salt. The hitting numbers are usually very similar, so RAR (runs above replacement) might be better to use than WAR. WAR includes fielding, which SOM might have rated differently.
Run is baserunning, Not sure about repl, its short for replacement but I'm not sure how that is different from RAR and WAR, Posit just means that a player's rating is compared to others at his position and adjusted, so players at a weak hitting posit. like Catcher will have value adjusted up for similar stats to say a 1B.
I'm just doing this to give everyone a list of players available for the spring draft. This list does [b:eeb47d5f8c]not[/b:eeb47d5f8c] include players who had MLB at bats before 2011 but none in '11, those guys will also be eligible for the draft. You can use the numbers if you want, the list just gives you a rough idea of how these guys did last year. If anyone notices a player on their roster let me know, I think I deleted all owned players. I'll get around to the other positions eventually.
