thank you gentleman for the prompt answers.

Just to be clear, if i want to alter a roster do i also have to stay within the pitching/hitting salary percentages? in other words can i flip a position player to a cheaper player and then upgrade a pitcher if the salary breakdown would change from say 3/4 hitting 1/4 pitching to maybe 70% hitting and 30 % pitching?

The percentages don't matter, I needed to add up total salary, and I inserted the % from the spreadsheet it to show how much was being spent on each.

Using the roster you choose as a template for the theme concept, create a team that you are comfortable with.

I've started the theme league, it's called "Lets Have Fun".

This may be a little confusing, but we'll need to switch up the division order. Since I have a team in the first (east) division, we'll need the other teams in the same division as mine to join first.

East #1 - nexrad
East #2 - royalKC
East #3 - WeatherNut
East #4 - nymets99

After the East fills, then the other division that has four managers can join.

Central #1 - mike28298
Central #2 - Spider 67
Central #3 - waldenhd
Central #4 - hackra

The last division which currently has two mangers can then join.

My ball club lacks power, so I'm NOT gonna play in Fenway or anything. I think Royals '80 looks good. I'll wait a bit before I enter my team to see f there are any objections.
