Yet again Start's technical brilliance shows through, I ordered both the download and the book on the same order and the download is not showing up where it's supposed to on the orders page. I thought about separating the order and next near i will, because it seems they can't seem to process and order that has both a physical component with a download.. VERY FRUSTRATING. :evil:

What do the asterisks mean in the BPHR columns? For instance, Chris Iannetta has a 7* in the BPHR vs LHPs column. What is that * for?

Don't shoot the messenger (me), but it said on the Strat site that if you ordered both with the same order the download would be delayed. Hopefully you won't have to wait long to download (probably tomorrow). It's obviously too late for you but those who have not ordered should place two separate orders if you want both and want to download right away.
