Roster Changeover League

1. $200m Dh 5/10/20

2. Autodraft $85m and start at $80m rosters. Get to 80 as soon after waivers as possible.

3. 24 man rosters

4. You must carry at least 9 players whose salary is less than $2mil at all times. These are essentially your backups.

5. Every Sunday for the first 6 weeks you must change one Pitcher and one Hitter on your roster. Salary does not matter

6. 1 or 2 of the pitchers changed must be RP, and 4 or 5 must be SP

7. You cannot pick up any player which you have already dropped earlier in the season.

8. You cannot drop a starting player that you picked up during the season.

9. All new players added must be from the free agent pool. You cannot upgrade from a cheap card to an expensive card of the same player.

10. All transactions must fit under the $200m salary cap

11. At any time you can change backup players with free agents of equal or lesser value.

Basically what I’m going for is to have to change your entire rotation, at least 1 stud reliever and 2/3 of your starting lineup during the season without any regard to salary cap. It can get as high as the game allows with a $200m cap.

Obviously, the reason behind requiring you to carry 9 cheap backups is to discourage hoarding of players to that everyone will be adding some possibly valuable players back into the free agent pool every week. You can’t reuse your own players, but you’re free to use any player anyone else dropped.

It’s a pretty simple concept that I think would be interesting
