Is there an availability list that will be sent out, once this is done?[/quote:5a59623f0a]
We have no way of knowing who will be included in the unleashed set and who will not.
Active rosters will be published and managers may do their own research.
Jerlins is talking about how some Keeper League GM's send out an available players list before the draft. They have a list (I assume from the ratings disc) of all players who played last season and then delete those that are currently on the leagues squads. Whether a player ends up being leashed or unleashed doesn't matter since all who played last year are on the list.
It's a lot of work for the league GM and makes life easier for the managers. But we are GM's of our own squads so I'm glad we will be doing our own research.

Yes, and I've always asked in advance if there was someone who'd be handling such a position before joining a keeper leaugue. I've already submitted my resignation from the league. Should be easy enough to fill. I've left a nice base for the upcoming year, and a youthful enough team to be successful for years to come.
Yes, Jerlins resigned earlier this evening. I'm going to offer his team to a manager who stepped in to replace an AWOL manager in another keeper and then graciously stepped aside when the other guy finally showed up again.
