We're still at least 2 months out from start of USKL2 - we're a late league that waits until the initial new year's rush is out of the way.

Don't know about the full order for all 15 rounds, but the basic order for each round is as follows:

1. AFDickie
2. Blue Iguana
3. BobM
4. Cubit
5. Jack
6. Kaviksdad
7. Ninersphan
8. Nythawk
9. Palmtana
10. Qksilver
11. Smitty
12. Sykes

Qksilver's Rd1 pick belongs to smitty, and his 4th rd pick belongs to palmtanna, but other than that I haven't followed if any other picks have been traded, since the last roster we were sent in October. ( which is where I pulled all this information form BTW)

I got QK's 4th pick in a trade in GMKL and then made a subsequent trade with him for his #2. Is that what your referring to? I don't think I traded with him in USKL2.

Here's the draft order for the first 5 rounds of the spring free agent draft. There was a tie between Cubit and Hawk in overall 2011 records. Our rules state that the lower division club get's the preference, so Cubit will pick ahead of Hawk. Also, the season 2 winner of last year picks last in Round 1 of each spring draft - so Palmtana will flip with Qk in round 1, then pick before Qk in each subsequent round.
