Another idea if we lack of time during the draft:
After a couple of rounds, we could start the league and fill our team with cheap players that we would drop once the league is filled.
We could even do this right after our drops. That way, we could draft without pressure. It would only be a matter of dropping those who aren't our own...

This is possible, JF, but would take great focus from all of the managers.
In the Reelin' 2009 draft, we completed the entire draft in less than 7 days -- but then it took another 7 days for the teams to be loaded.
In order to make a rush job work, we would probably need a schedule something like:
1. Division alignment and draft sequence available after tonight's final 2001 regular season games
2. Post drops by Sunday at noon
3. Do first rounds of draft from Sunday at noon through Tuesday
4. Load teams, Tuesday-Friday (with temp. players, as needed)
5. At the same time, complete the draft, Tuesday-Monday
6. Restock teams with proper players by midnight Monday

Tough but possible if everyone check in rapidly by dropping players.
After all, we do not have a big work of research to be done, we just have to look at the 2002 draft from the RTYears league (2002 draft tab).
