Are we ready to get the draft going?
For some reason, when I bring it up on Diamond Dope, it lists the draft under "My Active Drafts", but it's faded out, so there's not an active link to it. Does something need to be done to activate it?

I just got home from work so I'm ready to set this thing loose if everyone else is ready. (Can you believe they make me work saturdays?)
I hadn't enabled the draft yet because I wanted to make sure jimmiejoe was able to log on and there were no other considerations.
2 questions:
There are boxes for "notify" and "admin". They are all default set to "no". Should I turn those on? I assume that notify means you get an email when it's your turn to draft.
I'm not sure what admin does.

Also, if there is no clock on, do proxies even do anything?

Draft is up and running. Herpad is up.
Proxies aren't tied to the clock-- instead, if you have proxies set and the guy in front of you makes a pick, your proxy will immediately go off, as well as those that are immediately after you, until we come to someone who hasn't set any (or whose proxies were already taken by someone else).

Gotcha, so the groups are important too.
If I put two outfielders in the same group (Ping Bodie and Cory Snyder) and rank them #1 and #2...DD will draft Bodie for me and drop Snyder from my list. But, if Bodie is already gone then it will draft Snyder, correct?

Also, so it's a bad idea to put my whole draft in as proxies, right. Because, I could end up drafting my 12th player in the 2nd round if all of my other players have already been drafted.
