I think we need to start asap since 02 goes into hibernation shortly, and who knows when or if 03 and beyond will be available. at least this way we'll have another couple of months covered of this league.
hopefully we can get these early years in...hate them, but quite a differenrt challenge to fit this salary cap, and still plan for when payrolls baloon a couple of seasons from now.

Yes, let's start the draft -- but with NO CLOCK in the first round, so that folks know we're in motion.
For the early rounds after that, let's stick with our regular 2-hour clock, as long as we see good progress being made. If things slow down by Tuesday or so, then we can switch to a 1-hour clock.
As always, please send PROXIES if you are not going to be readily available. JF and I can usually act on them, as can others.
