Third base Tubby

I would consider Tubby. I have used McGraw (4e33) at 3b before.

I would not use Buddy. I am using a 3 at SS(Arky) but only because it is a keeper(no dh) and I want to get the new Arky for next season. Otherwise would not use a 3 at either spot.

I might use him at third in an 60m or 80m league, providing I had 1's with low e ratings all around the infield, but never above 80m.

I use him at 3B quite often. Great bang for the buck.

I would use him if my defense was otherwise above average. If I have 1s at 2b/ss/cf, and nothing too horrendous anywhere else, then sure.

he becomes a good value.

I'm in Polo 41, which helps. It's a theme league, so my choices are somewhat limited. Right now, I'm thinking of DH'ing Tubby and using the new Robin Ventura (1e10) at 3B. Other IF's are Bottomley (2e11). Hornsby (2e17), and Wallace (1e21). OF'ers will be two 1's with (likely) a 2e3 in LF.

The team is still in flux...I'll post when the league is full and ready to go.

I'd like to keep Tubby around so I have at least one big on-base guy for this club, so we'll see.
