He is saying that the injury occurance would be in column 1 on a roll of 11. This would give him an injury 2 rating.[/quote:cda615739c]
Lol, I didn't realize he was referencing a dice roll for some reason. Whoops. So is there a viewable chart that shows injury length probabilities for the game based on injury rating? I appreciate the responses guys. Sorry I am asking dumb questions.[/quote:cda615739c]
Injury rating rolls:
0 = no injury roll
1 = 2 or 12
2 = 3 or 11
3 = 4 or 10
4 = 5 or 9
5 = 6 or 8
6 = 7
Prince Fielder and Matt Kemp are the only injury 0 players in this year's set. Players have to play in 162 games to receive an injury 0
Most catchers are injury 2 though there are exceptions.
As for length of injury that is random based on this chart:
[b:cda615739c]d20 Result[/b:cda615739c]
1-2 Stays in game
3-4 Inj. for remainder of game
5-8 Inj. for 1 extra game
9-11 Inj. for 2 extra games
12-13 Inj. for 3 extra games
14 Inj. for 4 extra games
15 Inj. for 5 extra games
16 Inj. for 6 extra games
17 Inj. for 7 extra games
18 Inj. for 8 extra games
19 Inj. for 10 extra games
20 Inj. for 15 extra games
The injury ratings are not provided on the ratings download but are in the ratings book, one of the reasons I get both. :wink:
