[quote:9505cff77f="Petrosian"][quote:9505cff77f]It's one thing to ask the person who started the league if they mind opening up the league to everyone. That's just common courtesy.
It's another thing to just join a league where there is an obvious requirement. Hard to believe anyone would check the player set of the league, the type of draft and not read the name of the league they are clicking on to join & see there is a requirement.
I have played in many leagues w/Petro and I am not adverse to playing in a league w/him. It's just funny that he would join a league w/an obvious requirement in the league name.
It would be fine with me if he had started his own league at the same time & everyone opted to join his league instead. I would have gladly taken the last spot if this one didn't fill.
just my 2 cents. [/quote:9505cff77f]
Okay, trashing was too strong a word. I sent you a PM after your explaining why I mistakenly entered the league. I did see the 6000 limit or whatever it was and didn't process it beyond, "oh I qualify for that." I was thinking I had 3200 not 32K points or whatever it is I have accumulated.
If anyone can send me a PM I can then access my PM's to verify that I sent you one, or not.[/quote:9505cff77f]
Ok, I remember that. I was just momentarily pissed off at that time. Because I do a lot of leagues with you & the one time I wanted to try and do a league with guys who are closer to my skill level, you joined the league. I posted the point requirement on the message boards, but you banned yourself from there, so I didn't know your intent.
I almost never go on the PM page, so even if you did send me something, I probably would never have saw it. (I went on just before, and there were messages in there from last year I haven't even looked at.)
It would be hard for me to believe anyone reading that post would even remotely consider that trashing though.
Let's put that behind us. No hard feelings.
