Strat etiquette ?, dropping/adding player

Strat etiquette ?, dropping/adding player

Postby FUDU » Sat Feb 18, 2012 2:25 am

I made an early season move dropping a player (losing the 20%) and ended up picking up same player's cheaper card. Said player was out on an injury when I did this. Now said player is healthy and in my line up.

Is that just the way it works or did I cross the line on an unwritten rule?

My 2 cents:

Nothing wrong with that, just the way it is.

nothing wrong with it--you took the 20% hit. I think they closed the loop for the high cap leagues where it really shouldn't allow that?

I think it still works like that at the higher caps and live leagues.

I started a live league a while ago, and everyone agreed beforehand to not do this with injured players, as well as not add/drop the same guy for different years based on matchups, such as Dawson platooning with himself.

That's worked out great, everyone knew in advance and away we went. :D

When that league ends, I'll try it again.

OK thx guys. I was a little nervous about creating some bad blood in my league. I figured I might get my *** kicked anyways so no need to pull that kind of stunt and get it kicked again.
