Draft cycle repeats at game 81 in most recent season until all ballparks are used, so a new league will begin roughly every 6 weeks. Based on the ballpark 'twist' there should be 14 seasons total, with an option for a 15th season.

Looks good to me. We should add a provision for drafting proxies for scheduled new cards on DD. We can use Emil Yde and others of that ilk.
