While the sample sat in the idiot's fridge, a Braun hating steroid terrorist, snuck into the house, silently crept to the fridge, switched samples and just as silently snuck out.....
Leave to MLB to screw up and let another cheater off the hook. :?

He makes a convincing argument. If not for his innocence at least that sufficient events occurred that could have compromised the results.

Apparently at least 3 other samples were taken that day which means they all went home with the sample taker. That provides the possibility for samples to get mixed up. And while I doubt anyone snuck in and tampered that possibility does exist as there is no way of knowing for sure what happened during that period the samples were at a private residence.

Left unanswered is the question of whether the sample taker is still handling samples. Question also hits my mind as to how common this mistake of not handing off to fedex is.

While Braun will forever have this cloud hanging over his career based on what has become known about the event sequence had I been on that panel I would have voted to cancel the suspension.

Still hard not to make jokes about this guy and what he was sticking in his fridge. If he did not ship off Braun's sample he did not ship off the others. So at least 3 containers of urine sitting there with all his other food the family eats. I am betting more likely it all sat in trunk of his car but will give him benefit of doubt. But what if this was an ongoing practice of this guy? Can you imagine how anyone who ever came over to his house for dinner feels right now knowing what may have been next to the food they ate a few hours before they ate it?

For a huge organization like MLB, one would think ALL I's were dotted and T's were crossed. I would like to think the samples weren't brought home in a brown paper bag, and thrown into the fridge next to some condiments...
