After looking at each team, I believe the key to winning is cutting down on errors. Or in other words, you need to have a very good fielding team to help keep down the extra opportunities given the opposing team via hits and errors.

My teams batting average is .405 through 48 games (that happens to be 9th best in the league) and team ERA is a paltry 11.97 (good for 2nd in the league).

Perhaps we should make the hitters get rid of the aluminum bats and invest is a good pitching coach. :D :D :D

That's a good thought, Doc, but the rumor mill has it that all 12 pitching coaches have gotten a group rate in a lunatic asylum.
