additionally (if you didn't know)-
as a new manager you may choose to change your ballpark for free if you announce it with your second set of keepers.

for existing managers - they can only change parks every 3 years and they also must announce during keepers AND give up 1 draft pick to make the change.


perhaps someone else can send the link to league rules once again. (I am away from my home computer where I have the link saved)
