Please use the clock. Good lord. I can't believe it has sat on me almost all day. I did not get a proxy list out before going out of pocket and just assumed you'd all skip me if I did not get a pick in.
The clock is there for a reason.

Anyway, I am online and picking in a minute or so. And I should be more available again. We went away this past weekend. Then my wife and I went to Portland (Maine - about 2 hours away) last night to see The Black Keys concert (totally kick ***, btw), and then after getting the kids to daycare/school this morning, we had the day to ourselves to celebrate the day we met 12 years ago.

I don't believe thaibill knew we had a clock starting with round two. I have proxies for thaibill's next two picks............he currently is traveling (air) and sent a few picks as soon as he had internet access so there won't be any delay going forward for at least round three and four. I'm sure he'll be able to check-in before round five.

I'm sorry I haven't been around for the draft but I'm in Arizona and only have my phone for net access. I'll be home Friday. We should use the clock for the draft as the rules dictate. It's certainly OK with me to use the clock/skip ME if my time is up. I simply stated I didn't have an issue if we DIDN'T use the clock. The use of the clock rule has always been kind of lax in this league, anyway. Last night, I didn't skip Thaibill, mainly because he is new to the league and I wanted to cut him some slack. And, given that my pick would have occurred around midnight, I didn't think the draft was going to advance much further after I went, anyway. But by all means, if people get upset about it, use the clock rule. Like everyone else, I am checking in multiple times a day, and it [i:3315c6f38a]would[/i:3315c6f38a] be nice to see the pace pick up some. 8-)
