24 Team Opening Day League

Randomizer will run low to high for divisions. Once divisions have been assigned(at which point all GM's will reconfirm or be replaced) I will name a CLOSER in the West. This GM will enter last and on the appropriate date to coincide with MLB opening day (or as close as possible)
