The only reason that I vote "NO" is because we're doing the vote AFTER the cards have been released. I am in favor of using the Unleashed set after 2011.

Yes we should vote now. It seems like this is most fair point of the season since no one has played a Major League game in 2012. If we wait until summer, fall, or next winter, we'll be able to see who may or may not get an unleashed card and this we'll influence the vote.

Perhaps I will, wanna let this vote ride through the weekend and see if everyone votes, before I set up another.
But here's one other thing to consider:
In my opinion, including these players adds value back to the first round of the Spring Free agent draft, that I feel has dropped significanly in every year. Between the prospect and supplemental drafts, what is supposed to be the "big draft", the spring free agent draft, has, at least to me, become VERY watered down, and adding these guys to the mix brings value back to 1st round picks, and allows for teams that were terrible the year before to become competitve quickly.
In either HCKL or GMKL I haven't sniffed the playoffs and don't know when or even if I will because the vast majority of good to great players are condensed on a few teams. I can't get a surplus of anything enough to trade it away to fill all the needs I have. Adding these cards might help teams like mine do more then go through the motions and be fodder for the super teams, by either allowing us to compete, albiet for one year, or providiing real value for 1st round picks that could be traded to teams with more of a surplus to allow teams to rebuild more quickly.
Just my 2 cents.

I agree with the arguments in favor of the fluke cards, I just think it is too late to decide now to add them.
I think we should have a vote to use the fluke cards going forward with the plan that we will use them every season from now on.
Re-voting every season is a bad idea, once the fluke cards are in, I think they have to stay in.
