Please rate them in order of importance to you. Also, does this order change if playing in a bomber park or a pitchers park?

Ops for batters

Hitters park look for bp HR on hitters and avoid on pitchers
Pitchers park avoid hitters that need Bp HR, forgive pitchers with bp HR

Strat pricing for both hitters and pitchers is based on ERP, one of the earlier versions of Paul Johnson's formulas integrated with VORP concepts for hitters and RC/27 for pitchers.

Most linear weighting systems will give you a good approximation of value for strat purposes.
