[quote:7ef72cde68="Valen"][quote:7ef72cde68]In addition to intuitively searching for players whose Injury risk is less than a certain threshold, you'll also be able to search for players who get hurt more, who as we know are greater risk/reward opportunities.[/quote:7ef72cde68]
Also useful when looking for backup catchers where high injury risk is often desirable.[/quote:7ef72cde68]

Damn it just hit me.

See this is why so many of you vets at this game are great. You'll gladly give up advice when asked, and sometimes cough up advice even when you weren't asked.

That aspect of the C position never dawned on me.

I never gave this aspect of the catcher position much thought until the Josh Gibson card came out. That card was so much better than the other catcher cards and expensive it became very important to find a sacrificial lamb to get injured so Josh would be bulletproof.

Had some teams where I ran Rice out as DH against lefties and some where I ran Young out as DH against righties.

Once we can search for high injury catchers suspect people will be going through the 70s and 80s sets and requesting the most injured catchers be added to ATG6. We will go from give me Earl Williams because he hit this many HRs to give me ____ because he has a 6 injury risk.
