Well, that's ironic because I chose between Worley (this season) or Chapman (next season) and finally went with next season when Chapman is a SP. I like Worley.

That's funny cause that is practically exactly what I was thinking too.

The rules state a 2 hour time limit for picks outside of the 1st round. That doesn't seem to be in effect right now I've noticed.

If/when it does go into effect when will it be retired? What time will the clock initially start and end?

There are a number of players listed on the site who did not recieve cards but had MLB experience last year. Are they eligible to draft?
