All players are eligible for the draft as long as they've played at major league level.....current cards or not. They would be selected for the future (i.e. Strasburg).

In regards to leashed vs unleashed, I was under the impression, it was a leashed league. The De'Azo pick could just be a pick for next year's game.

mike lopp has a couple of proxies....he also has cell # so can be texted when more are needed(probably will be). Will be ready with picks in an hour but leaving work now and will be at church and tae kwon do with kids tonight til late.

cell # can be passed along as needed.

I was thinking only in 2011. I see the rules state differently.
