Only players with MLB experience are eligible to be drafted, correct?

If anyone knows how to work it so we can manually skip someone I would surely welcome it.
thechamp has had over three hours to pick when the rules clearly state a two hour time limit outside the first round.

Apparently only blackjack and myself have access to Admin stuff. Sense I don't know how to skip someone and have everything else remain the same I'm hoping someone who knows this site (strat-draft) can share with me how it's done....thank you.

Cubit you need to repick, only players with MLB experience prior to 2012 are eligible for this draft. Darvish will be eligible for the prospect draft.

OK I SEE THAT NOW. Read the rules and missed somehow-- perhaps it is the conflict between our League and the commercial site's instructions.

Too funny. Good thing I'm not the Commish because right now thechamp would be without Marco Estrada. I would have skipped thechamp if I had figured out how and Estrada was next in my auto-draft. Then of course I would have to give him up after hearing the updated rules from blackjack and would have had to pick a nobody for my 3rd or 4th round selection...after gobs of the best players had been cleaned out. haha Oh god.
