OK, Bubba has posted drops but I have a question out to him.
Cubit responded to an email and said he'd work on his.

As soon as I get these I'll get the updated rosters out and we'll get this thing started.

CUBIT DROPS

Postby Cubit » Sun Mar 18, 2012 9:12 pm

Very much regret not getting this in on time-- simply skipped over it, then could not find the latest roster:

Cubit Drops 11:

Pitchers
Arroyo, Bronson
Wood, Travis
Meeks, Evan

Hitters
Theriot, Ryan
Mora, Melvin
Matsui, Hideki
Guerrero, Vladimir
Brantley, Mickey
Blake, Casey
Barton, Daric
Abreu, Bobby

A little more housekeeping and we're ready to kick off the draft.

I've attached the latest roster file that is current for all trades and drops. There were a couple of instances where people were looking at just the hitters/pitchers tabs to list their drops and not the roster tab. The roster tab has players that did not have stats for last season and would not show up on the hitter/pitcher tabs. I have emailed a couple of people where I thought this was the case. Cubit has dropped Gregor Blanco and I'm waiting for Bubba to confirm the Jim Edmonds drop. I updated drops assuming this but it does need to be confirmed.

Because of this confusion the deadline for drops has been extended until midnight CST tonight. If there are any changes you wish to make to your drop list post them on the thread tonight. Please do not edit previous posts. Post as a separate transaction.

Updated schedule,

Drop deadline - 3/19 midnight CST
Roster file sent - 3/20

Draft starts - 3/21

Note: Draft grid is based on current roster. Any trades AFTER the first pick in the draft that creates an open roster spot will have a draft position at the END of the posted draft. Not at the end of your picks. Just want to clarify that before we start.

As always, please double check your roster and draft picks to make sure I have posted them correctly.

Yeah our trade pushed you into the draft pick lead Bill, otherwise I was drafting 17 and you were drafting 15 lol.

Free Agent and Stadium Drafts has started. Kyle is up in both drafts.

Probably not a big surprise but Brett Lawrie was first pick.

Justin Upton, Mark Teixeira, Billy Butler, Dexter Fowler are on the block. Looking for CF upgrade, pitching, 3B, draft picks, in some combination.

And if someone makes the right offer on Trout, I'd be willing to move him. On a blatant salesmanship note there, ESPN has him ranked ahead of Bryce Harper. Just so you know :).

And might as well add Alcides Escobar and Ryan Sweeney to that list.
