Major League Keeper League

Rosco,
With the way the league rules are set up, it's very difficult to create an available players list, since anyone with any major league PA or IP are eligible. They don't have to have appeared in 2011, they can have any appearances in any season. As long as they have a contract with a major league franchise, and at least one appearance in a ML game, they're eligible. Unfortunately, we pretty much have to leave it up to everyone to do their own research.

Sorry I missed your question. I believe that in the past we have let incoming managers select a new stadium (or sign and trade a stadium with an existing owner). That's how I ended up with Wrigley (chose Rogers and traded w Basebrawl). I see no reason not to continue this trend, unless there's something I'm missing.
