I'm starting to fear using multiple players in proxy groups. Since my girlfriend is going to kidnap me for the remainder of the weekend, please forgive me if I'm a bit slow to respond on any more issues.

Should I hold up before making my next pick until someone with Al's number can call him? If Diamond Dope is malfunctioning, and I thing we have enough suspicious draft choices to assume it may be, we should probably know for sure that Al wanted 6 outfielders (assuming Peralta was his DH of choice, I don't see why anyone would spend all that $$ on that many outfielders...). I mean, we have been flexible for BED and Uptown, I think it would be fair to at least try to get in contact with Al.

Thoughts? Who has Al's number?

Also, i will go ahead and approve Uptown's drops. I hope everyone is alright with that considering the strange goings-on at Diamond Dope.

I am going to wait before selecting until a few others post their two cents on the issues at hand. In the meantime, Uptown can make replacement picks and others have a little time to adjust their proxies to include Freddie Freeman or Nationals Stadium, if wanted. I would like someone to contact Al because I just feel it is the right thing to do (after all, it's not like we have money riding on this).

I will say this though, for what it's worth... my Diamond Dope proxies have appeared to work fine. Otherwise, I would have automatically selected Ryan Sweeney (my backup CF choice to Nyjer Morgan) instead of Santiago Casilla, who was in my next proxy group.

Maybe the problems experienced have been user error, maybe not. Either way, I will wait until about 7:00 pm Central Time to make my next selection.

just got back from LL, IVe got al's number, ill text him, but on vaca, not sure when he'll check in again. also kidnap victum jason has yet to replace his dropped 1b and stadium.

still think a lot of DD problems are operator error. my proxies just fired correctly, and removed the delete if group picked behind them in case someone snarked either pick, so I got the two I wanted, and the other two are off my board.
