Pitchers Paradise league signup - do you despise BP homers?

New theme league proposed:

I'm sure this has been done before, but I'd like to see a pitchers paradise league where all ballparks severely limit the long ball. I'm thinking all parks with BPHR factors 4 or less, making it less than a 20% chance of cheapie HRs.

By this definition of a "pitchers paradise" Comiskey '57 and 1978 versions of Busch, Jack Murphy and Memorial Stadiums would be the best HR parks in the league.

I'm certainly not a fan of home runs allowed, and it hurts losing some HRs of offense, but I think it'll be a challenge finding gopherball pitchers that will be bargains in this league.
