First 2011 team- advice wanted

started off 13-11.. so far:
Garcia, League, Hudson, Lawrie, Holliday have been surprisingly good
Halladay, Garza, Gregerson, Ortiz, Ellis (sup .400 OPS), Peralta, Jones have disappointed..

Id say the biggest surprise so far has been Matt Holliday. He missed a couple games with an injury, but whats not to like about a .434/.528/.816 line?
leads the team in all 3 and also in HR and R scored.

Would dropping aceves for the 2.08 Bass be a good idea?

It's still early in your season but Halladay's numbers are definitely surprising to me. He's yielding a .300+ BA vs both lefty and righty hitters. Righties are batting .333 against Halladay! That's got to come waaaaay down pretty soon.

I would rather get a RP(2 or 3) that is stronger (balanced) vs right-handed hitters. since your Park is slanted towards righty hitters that [i:38a94aa572]seems[/i:38a94aa572] the wise thing to do. Would Jason Grilli be a good play here?

i was thinking grilli, but idk if he is good enough against lefties. The park is still at least average in terms of lefty hitting.. bass is at least closer to even than aceves

If i really want to downgrade RP and get a big upgrade elsewhere, i can go as low as cassevah or webb.. both around 1.5 M

There's way too much on base for Bass. Grilli looks like your best bet IMO.

why wouldnt i go with cory wade then. He shuts down righties, but has a few lefty BP HR. Fewer baserunners, and 70 K cheaper.

In the ratings book it lists Wade with 5.3 Natural/7 BPHRs vs lefty hitters. Grilli is 1 n/2 bphrs vs. lefties.

Another thing: My team has faced 723 lefties, compared to 690 righties
