Just thought you could enjoy having some of your Bravos on your "butchered attempt" of a live draft team.

Hey everyone. Really enjoying my 1st live draft. I never had any interest in doing a draft without at least a 100mil or less cap so thanks again for taking me on. I tried to do proxies this afternoon but something didn't quite work or I screwed it up. I had 2 players in a group that I wanted to draft first and then 2 parks in a group. I assumed pri meant priority within a group so I numbered the preferred player 1 and the other player 2 and did the same priortization with the parks. I numbered the player group 1 and the parks group 2. I selected yes for the remove if group picked option for all of them. Did I do this correctly? Something went wrong cause I got the park first even though the player I wanted is still available. Thanks for any help.

old man, from what you described, it should have worked if that's the way it was set. there have been proxy issues, but it hasn't happened to me yet...thankfully.
hopefully the guys still there...

Thankfully it was Callaspo so no worries. I may have to set proxies if we are still at it Tuesday so I'll have to be careful to do it right.

meat,

I was planning to only draft 24 guys and skip my 25th pick. I can't afford 25 guys, but I have to put 25 on my initial draft card.

I'm assuming we'll have waivers, and our draft picks will be protected through at least the waivers period, right?

I'm sure other folks may run into similar problems with not drafting enough catchers, or too many or not enough pitchers, or something like that.
