NOBODY has played this year yet, the season hasn't started, and Even if he had, he'd still be eligible, because he can't have player LAST year.

I believe him to be eligible because he has had no time in the show prior to this season. He would have been eligible in the next phase of the rookie draft at any rate.

Niner the season started already. Oak played Sea in Japan for 2 games already.

I didn't see "prior" MLB year only. I believe it said MLB experience which he now has...loop hole yes but he did play already.

It is not a loophole. The rules are clear on the matter.

2) There will be a 2-phase Prospects draft after the 40-round draft. Each team will be able to select 3 prospects in phase 1 and 2 prospects in phase 2 who have not yet played in an MLB game prior to the season in which the draft occurs....

Cespedes definitely eligible this draft. The rule is a player cannot have PAs in the LAST season of MLB, not the current one. And please keeps comments on chat thread, DT is up.
