BIZZARO THEME LEAGUE NEEDS THREE

The Bizzaro theme league now featuring our 15th season has 3 openings. It is a private league with an outstanding core membership. This season the theme is an 80mil [DH] franchise league. Each team selected a team based on the original 16 major league teams and where they relocated to.[Brkln/LA][NYG/SF] and so on. Each team is also able to select a total of 3 free agents from the unselected four original franchises,the Negro Leagues and the expansion teams
[Mets,Padres,Expos,Rockies,Dbacks,Angels,Rangers,Marlins,Royals,Mariners,Rays,Astros,Brewers,Blue Jays]. Players with cards from two teams belongs to the lucky manger who gets him in the draft but he must use that teams card,the example being Tris Speaker if the manager with the Boston franchise wins him in the draft he must play him with his Boston card unless there is no Clevland team in the league,but if he switches to the Clevland card it will count as one of his free agents.At this time the seven franchises still avaliable to be selected are.

4.The Braves Bos,Milw,Atlanta
5.The Indians
6.The Wash.Senitors,Min.Twins
7 The Orioles,STL Browns

How often are the leagues run?
Any rules on who get what teams in the future?

Can a player be drafted as a free agent even though he is on a franchise team?
Is trading allowed?

If Speaker isn't autodrafted, can he be picked up as a free agent if Cleveland is an undrafted franchise?

the franchise team owns the the rights to players he drafts,all other players from said franchise are free game as free agents.[once the waiver period passes] In the case of Speaker if he is auto drafted to a team that has no draft rights to him he must be dropped and clear waivers from the two franchises who own rights to him [BOS,CLEV] before he can be choosen as a free agent. As long as a player has a card that is available to one of the franchise teams they remain property of said team untill the waiver period passes. Trades are allowed but any player on your roster that does not have a card with your franchise must be counted towards your 3 allowable free agents. If you own the rights to Pedro Martinez [Boston] card and decide to use his [Montreal ] card he will then count as a free agent on your team.The Bizzaro leagues start as soon as the last one ends and we are always up for new themes ,the most current season theme was one where each division represented a different era of baseball EAST [1900-1929] CENTRAL[1930-1959] and the WEST [1960-1989] We have had 60m leagues as well and usually try to get a consensous before moving foward.
