Ok, I hate to say it, but we have a problem.

DT didn't take
Kottaras,
Castro, or
Sizemore (although I may have confused him on that one).

He instead took the following guys that he wouldn't have been able to had he followed the rules:

Guerra
Keppinger
Furcal
Isringhausen

DT, This is the second time you've made this mistake.

I would propose that, first, since he hasn't cut anyone, he should cut the most expensive player on the list above (Guerra) before the draft and then have to cut the other three as his first three cuts of waivers picking up:
Kottaras,
Castro,
Sizemore

These players have to remain on his team for at least 30 minutes after the waivers start (i.e. 5:30 EDT)

Everyone of us would like to make changes before waivers, but you just can't do it. You *have* to follow the rules. Period.

Does everyone agree with this proposal?

Thing is, D-T probably won't check in again until last minute. And then he'll act like we're making a big deal of nothing and give us the roll eyes smiley. :roll: :lol:

Why can't we just follow the rules? None of this is new. We've all been doing live drafts forever, and you [b:65719ccf56]always[/b:65719ccf56] populate the TSN card with with live drafted players [b:65719ccf56]only[/b:65719ccf56].

D-T, please make the required adjustments as per Joe's suggestions.

I agree with joe's idea.

DT is a nice guy and a great player. I am in another league with him. And he is an asset to the league. However, if he doesn't have the time or respect to play within our rule set he should not be playing in this league. DT will you please commit to doing a little better by us please? It only takes a. bit more effort than you are currently providing. Please understand it is nothing personal.

Agree. I know from just completing a keeper league draft he's been really busy at work but that's part of the responsibility of joining.

I like having DT in the league too, but like Smokey says, it's not personal, just gotta follow the rules like everyone else.

I sent him an email. Hopefully he'll see it and won't wait till the last minute.
