He pushed me into the finals with a classic Game 7 semis performance.

Rookie batting champ Tony Oliva (my boyhood idol) homered in game 7.

Now up 3-2 in the finals against a team that beat me 9/12 in the regular season. Pete (vs. Dixie Davis) and Three Finger Brown (vs. Doug Bird) are set to pitch games 6 and 7. Hard not to feel good about that, even risking HAL's jinx wrath.

Just wish I had more lefties!
