I am flying out tonight for vacation and back on Monday. My access will be intermittent the next 4 to 5 days. Lets start the prospect draft next week. There's no hurry since these players haven't swung a major league bat yet. :wink:

So which if any of these are eligible for the prospect draft:

1. Guys who have already played in 2012(Cespedes)?
2. Guys who will play before the start of the draft but not yet(Aoki?)?
3. Guys who play after the start of the draft but before picked(????)?

Guys who have not played in the majors prior to the 2012 MLB season. It doesn't matter if guys like Cespedes or Harvish have played a couple games when the draft occurs.
