With the trade you're at 40 players and done drafting. Nishioka has to remain a prospect as there's no room on your roster to promote him.
Whether you can drop Kalish and keep a draft pick is something the commish will have to approve as your draft was over once the trade was made. And if you're allowed to drop Kalish and keep the draft pick it should be a supplemental pick after everyone's finished picking.
According to the rules, there are only 3 ways you can release a player:
a) Pre-draft release before the F/A draft
b) Pre-draft release before the Supplemental draft
c) To bring your roster down to 40 after an unbalanced trade.

I'll see what the commish and sknsfan want to do, but the next pick in the draft is mine now (the one I just acquired from sknsfan). So I don't want to get skipped.
For me the trade has to have Kalish in it as I wanted to create another roster spot, which was really the whole point from my side of it.

That would be the easiest way to keep the draft pick Skns - remove Kalish from the deal and you keep your 11th round slot (or can promote Nishi is you'd rather do that). Your choice -
