Can we start filling a league so we can start Monday, or do we need to wait until the prospect draft is completed. I'm assuming since there are hardly any picks left to make in the FA draft we should be done shortly.

I'm sure we can begin before the prospect draft - we might as well begin now before the F/A draft is done (that might be months away still)
