tc the league needs to have a frenzy set or the auto draft won't occur, according to the league page.

went on vacation, and JUST got internet last night, and these adorable messages this morning., most importantly, jfat's email or I might never have suspected. maybe you can understand how after five days didn't think the east would EVER fill. glad we're FINALLY going...back to the pool. :D

Effective with the 2012 season, shall the Reelin' in the Years League operate as follows?
1. Use the unleashed card set, whenever one is available, playing 2 seasons with each card set and with full 40-player rosters at the end of each annual free agent draft.
2. Hold a supplemental draft between the 2 seasons, in which managers may drop and replace up to 2 players, with draft sequence based on the win-loss records of the first season -- managers may opt to not participate in the supplemental draft.
3. Arrange the draft sequence of the annual free agent draft with the order based on the combined win-loss records of the 2 seasons for each card set.
4. Break ties for free agent draft sequence based on head-to-head records of recent seasons, going back one card set at a time (instead of previous "cumulative" rule).
5. Start the annual free agent draft on June 1, with no clock in 1st round of any drafts after that, whether free agent, supplemental, or prospect.
6. Hold a prospect draft after the annual free agent draft, with managers drafting up to 2 prospects per year -- prospects are those players who have never received a card yet and draft sequence will be random and serpentine.
7. Keep prospects indefinitely, until such time as a player receives a card, at which point the prospect must be either promoted or dropped.
